Instructions for the use of Organa's Progesterone Cream:
This formulation is proving to be more effective in balancing the progesterone levels within the body. PMS, hot flashes and other associated symptoms are being controlled with 1/4 to 1/8 the amount normally recommended by competing products. Apply once or twice daily to back of hand and wrists or may be smoothed into the face, neck, chest, or other smooth soft skin areas of the body. During problem times apply directly to the abdomen. It is helpful to rotate locations of applications every several days.

Absorption time will vary with each individual according to body chemistry. The normal time is within 1 minute. Use in the morning after washing and before using any cosmetics, moisturizers, foundations, or perfumes. Also apply in the evening before bedtime, making sure skin is free of soap or other topicals.

For severe PMS, it may be used more frequently. If during the cycle there are cramps, the cream may be applied directly to the abdomen until relief is felt. some women use an additioanl application seven days prior to mennesies.

When taking the cream from the jar, just slightly touch the cream with the finger so that only the underside of the finger is lightly covered with the cream. apply with a few strokes to rub into the skin. Minimal stroking or rubbing is required for full absorptions.
