Instructions for use of "Relieve":
When taking the cream from the jar, just slightly touch the cream with the finger so that only the underside of the finger is lightly covered with the cream. Apply with a few strokes to rub into the skin. Minimal stroking or rubbing is required for full absorption. Use 3 weeks on and 1 week off during period. Apply once or twice daily to wrist, face, neck, chest or other soft skin areas of the body. During problem times apply directly to the abdomen. It is helpful to rotate locations of application every several days. This formulation is proving to be more effective in balancing the progesterone levels within the body.
